Payment Terms We Offer
at Neo Derm Ltd
Treatments for £200 – £300 are payable in 6 monthly payments and calculated using the diagram below:
If The Treatment Is £200:
Consultation appointment deposit £35
First payment at the time of consultation £50
This leaves £115 to be repaid over the remaining 5 months giving installments of £23 per month
If The Treatment Is £500:
Consultation appointment deposit: £50
First payment at the time of consultation: £50
This leaves £400 to be repaid over the remaining 9 months giving installments of £44.44 per month
Can A Client Add Other Treatments To Their Plan?
Yes, clients may add other treatments to the plan at any time. This will of course be reflected in their monthly installments.
Can I Take Out A Plan Longer Than 10 Months?
No, all plans have a maximum of 10 months repayment from the date of treatment. This will be explained during the consultation.
Can I Pay By Installment For Courses Of Treatment Or Multiple Treatments?
Yes.
Consultation
Client makes a booking for a consultation & £35 deposit is paid.
Treatment
Client attends consultation and agrees a treatment plan. The client then pays the first-month installment less the initial deposit. E.g is the first installment is £80 they will pay at this time £45.
Installments
Payment agreement is then emailed to the client for them to complete the direct debit mandate.
